Brussels

Brussels is the capital of Belgium and the headquarters of NATO and the European Union. It is host to the world’s largest number of diplomatic missions.

Brussels’ center is the Grand Place, a huge market square dating from the 12th century, and praised as a “Most beautiful plaza in the world”. Also Mannekin-pis and lots of museums attract tourists.

Antwerp

Antwerp, Belgium’s second largest city, and the world’s fourth largest port,

is also the diamond capital of the world. Rubens House, Central station, Zoo, etc.. attract tourist.

Bruges

Europe’s most medieval city is Bruges, whose ancient ramparts have

urvived sieges, sackings, occupations and burnings. In the 14th century it

was the country’s principal port. At that time it was, with Venice, the most important economic and cultural center of the Western world. More than 80 bridges span the maze of canals.
